Not happy, we ordered a Lada Niva and they gave us a Suzuki SUV. We complained, we specifically chose this booking to have this car and they said “sorry that is a popular car” they were apologetic but still not fair, you can get an SUV anywhere. We could have done a tour but we wanted to drive a lada niva for the experience, easy rent should not be advertising this car for a company that doesn’t have it available we felt ripped off. He told us in exchange since it was a holiday we could drop it off the next day because we got the wrong car and then he texted us saying we had to drop it off on time instead.. would not go with this company again. The SUV was clean and goood quality but it wasn’t what we ordered

Really impressed. The guy was super friendly—even in the middle of the night he showed up really fast to take the car back, and he even recommended local attractions and fun places to visit. Big thumbs up.
