The rental company provided excellent service.

The service was quite good, with no upselling whatsoever. We simply paid the deposit and took the car. However, the vehicle was a bit old and worn out. I always thought Mexicans might be inefficient, but it turned out to be fine. Our car tire got punctured by a nail in Guanajuato. We contacted the local car rental office at 11 a.m., and since none of the local staff spoke English, we communicated via WhatsApp. By 1 p.m., they arrived at our parking spot, inflated the tire, then drove to a nearby repair shop for inspection and patched the tire. By 2 p.m., the car was returned to us. Considering the complete language barrier, the entire process was handled very satisfactorily.

My credit card provides insurance for rental cars in Mexico. So I had printed a letter that I had received from my Credit Card Provider saying that the insurance will be covered by my Credit Card Provider. But Europcar did not accept that letter. They told me that you have to show an extra letter from Carta De La Comision Nacional De Seguros Y Finanzas. I told them that based on what is mentioned on the internet, a letter from my bank saying that my insurance is covered is enough, but they insisted that they will not give me the car if I do not buy insurance from Europcar. So I had to pay them 250 dollars extra to get the car.

There are dedicated reception staff at the airport who guide you to the shuttle bus. The store employees are straightforward and do not try to upsell. Staff provide an overview of the car's condition during pickup. Car return is quick and efficient without unnecessary procedures. Both the pickup and drop-off staff are very friendly.

It's best to rent from an international car rental chain. The vehicles are in good condition, and the service is great. They're also lenient about minor scratches when returning the car. They explicitly mention that scratches under 5cm are not charged.

Very good, highly recommended.

If the price is reasonable next time, I will still choose an international brand. It's more trustworthy and has fewer hidden tricks!

Es fraude esta página de rentas ,, pague por adelantado la renta del auto y el seguro , y cuando llegue a recoger el auto , me lo negaron y me dijeron que tenía que volver a pagar todo, Tanto reserva del auto como el seguro .. Me dijeron que los pagos que se hacen por internet son mentira y que siempre es lo mismo aquí en Mexico .. Pésima experiencia la que me lleve .. con EUROPCAR y la página de QEEQ.COM

Extremely satisfied, Miss Vanessa from customer service was professional, enthusiastic, and quick. There was no extra upselling. She was the best customer service representative of our entire South American trip, much better than the car rental company at Cancun Airport. Thank you again.
