Super happy with the whole experience. The staff explained everything patiently and even shared key driving tips that helped us avoid fines. The car ran great, was very clean inside, had plenty of power, good AC and heating, and both the interior and exterior felt really new. The price was quite reasonable too, definitely worth recommending.

Everything went smooth and easy. The return was so quick - they transfered our luggage from the rental car to the shuttle bus and... Until we got in the shuttle, the drop off was done

The location is super close to the airport, and the shuttle gets you to the store in no time. Staff were really attentive and helpful.

Be Kobe's service is excellent. All the staff are friendly Chinese guys and girls. The airport pickup is efficient, and then you head directly to the store to pick up the car. Xiao Zheng was especially enthusiastic, introducing tourist attractions in Shirahama and offering some useful tips.

The service provided by Zilong was excellent; they even took us to the outlet.

This rental company is located about 2-3 minutes away from the outlet, which is quite convenient. They provide a shuttle to the airport and also offer pick-up services. One small suggestion: the car we got wasn't very new. Next time, please provide a newer car.
