Very satisfied. As it was a last-minute booking, I asked if I could pick up the car two hours earlier. The store was very responsible and arranged for a dedicated staff member to deliver the car to the airport. When returning the car, a staff member also came to collect it. The car has a rearview camera, and the front windshield is equipped with sun protection film. Overall, very satisfied.
I’ve rented cars many times all over Phuket through different platforms, and this company is by far one of the best. It’s run by local Thai owners, and you can really feel their values—responsible, trustworthy, and principled. All those great qualities come through in how they operate. This was my first time renting from them and honestly the overall experience deserves a full 100/100.

They’ll call you and meet you at the designated pickup spot, which is clearly marked just outside the terminal, so it’s easy to find. They carefully go over the car with you, marking every scratch and dent very responsibly. The deposit was refunded almost instantly when I returned the car.
