We reserved the car for 8:30 AM but arrived at 10 AM because some team members woke up late. When we reached the pickup location, the office was closed, and no one answered the phone. We had to wait at the McDonald's across the street while continuously calling. After reaching someone by phone, we were informed that the pickup location had changed and the vehicle we originally reserved was no longer available. The whole process of picking up the car took 2 hours.

Although the rental company is quite small, their service attitude is excellent. The car was very new, the pre-authorization hold was lower than other companies, and the hold was released immediately upon return, with the amount credited back the next day. Truly impressive.
