Both the service and the vehicle were excellent. The car was relatively new, and the staff who delivered and picked up the vehicle were very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend purchasing full insurance for a self-drive trip, as various situations can occur on the road, such as scratches from flying stones. Buying QEEQ full insurance gives peace of mind.

We had to wait a little at the arrival hall as the add car agent was with another client. Other than that everything was quite smooth.
