“Bad counter service. Probably the manager. The guy with the red suit.”

One of the counter staff was terrible. Pretty bad service, waited for two hours to get the cars. Deliberately used the broken credit card machine for my payment, whice another staff came and changed to the normal one. Then we can finish the deposit process.
