The staff were very friendly and most helpful on pick up and the whole process was smooth with no issues. And drop off was easy to find and key drop off box was easy to see as it was 4am before the airport location opened.

The whole process was easy and smooth and had no issues throughout the whole process. They were very communicative with any updates and instructions on where to go for pick up and what to do for drop off outside of business hours.

Convenient and affordable, with better vehicle conditions compared to local rentals.

Dislike: The unexpected transfer charge $300 at the end of the trip, we thought it was already in the charges.

Like: Because it was rented on boxing day and returned on New years day I expected there may be problems but all was fine. We were given option of bigger vehicles and because there were no snow tires available we took this to be safer. We went through a pretty huge snow storm and were happy we opted for the heavier vehicle with 4 wheel drive.
Dislike: The Ford explorer ended up being great in snow but a bit hard on gas and it was a very uncomfortable ride. this has nothing to do with the rental agency..just the maker of the vehicle...
