It's cheaper than others but with poor services.

Very convenient, got an upgrade to a big Jeep. It was a new car with only over a thousand kilometers, at the original price. The car rental place is popular, and the service is quite good.

The instructions were unclear, and it took half an hour to pick up and drop off the car.

The location has easy access to YVR behind Costco a very busy area all day, the checking in was busy, but the property is too small for all the cars being rented, so it was difficult to exit the parking area and it took 20 minutes to move the cars around before you could leave. The best deal was the weekly price so thanks, I will be back.

After multiple conversations, Routes told me they would give me the car I actually reserved. Even though they were polite, both times they did not call me back as they said they would. Couldn’t even complain at return time as the return experience was horrible and took almost an hour. The car they gave me was fine, but not the car I wanted.
