Great value for the money- did not feel shady like some places

Like: The pick up was easy, the shuttle was convenient, our car was in great condition.
Dislike: We had a bit of a long wait for the shuttle back to the airport, and it appeared that the shuttle driver was just waiting, not actually gone anywhere, so there was some miscommunication around that. Other than that, the experience was great.

Car was good was a last minute change of vehicles, it was a bit dirty on the dash area, the stickers on the windows sometimes tend to my thinking there was a car on my side due to location and my peripheral vision.

Like: I was very satisfied with the price I received. For the vehicle I rented. I was a bit confused at first, on where to be for the pick up. This is an off airport site, location. It was a lot easier then I anticipated. I needed the car for a few extra hours and the added fee was fair, in my opinion. I will be back in July and i will use them again.
Dislike: I had a hard time understanding some of the conversation held over the phone.
