No problems with car or staff would use you again.

The company is very unprofessional, with only one Chinese staff member managing the store year-round. Due to our flight time, we couldn't refuel the car before returning it and wanted to pay the staff (the only Chinese person) directly for the fuel. Our request was met with various refusals and extremely poor attitude. Furthermore, we were misled that there were no flights at that time from the airport and assured we would arrive on time.

Does not accept AMEX or Debit cards - otherwise easy. Pick up from airport can add 30 mins to time.

Counter staffs were helpful and friendly. Overall process was smooth and easy.

Pick up and drop off was extremely prompt and efficient. Photos were taken of the car and a quick check done on drop off. Previously with a different rental company at drop off they went over it in minute detail that gave the impression that any little tiny stone chip would result in a charge but ezu indicated that little stone chip on the front would be considered normal wear and tear so that was comforting to us after our prior experience. we would definately use them again.

Good car conditions. A little bit far from the airport, but they offer free pick-up and deliver, so that's not an issue.
