excellent service, brand new vehicle at an unbelievable price.

We waited 40 minutes for someone to pick us up, but when we were about to get in the car, it drove off. We called the rental company and waited another 15 minutes before another car arrived. We have rented from this company twice. The first time, we returned the car at 8:00 AM, but there was no one at the lot. We left the keys on the counter and had to take a taxi to the airport ourselves. The second time, when we returned the car after coming back from Banff, no one attended to us for a long time. We handed over the keys and were told we could leave. I insisted on a proper check and signed confirmation that there were no issues. The gas tank was empty when we picked up the car.

Attitude was average, long waiting time

The car was fine. The radio wasn’t very good, but it was clean and ran fine. The wait to pick it up was over an hour once the shuttle dropped me off. You cannot use a debit card or cash for the $500-$1000 deposit. They also do not accept discover card. Read the fine print and you probably won’t have an issue.

Booking was fine and I was auto rebooked to save a few more dollars. Overall, it was good, but the rental company mentioned that they are. It fans of 3rd party booking.

We rented a Jeep Wrangler to drive up to whistler and had a great experience with Routes. They had us checked in and in the car in no time and the return process was a breeze. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Like: Staff was efficient and very courteous. Clean, low cost office and grounds for incredibly low cost of car rental.
Dislike: The limited free mileage of 200 kilometers made me have to keep that in mind the whole trip, so it limited my trip.
