Bus shuttle didn't come in 30 mn despite 2 calls and confirmations that the bus will arrive in 5 mn. Pick up location was correct. Had to take a taxi. We lost 1 hour.

Extremely satisfied

Last time I rented a car in the US, I was overcharged by $10 after returning the car. It took more than three weeks of back-and-forth communication, including sending information and photos, and it still hasn't been resolved. This time in Australia, I received the car with less than a full tank of gas, not up to the F mark.

Thought I was getting a commodore as the ad. suggested only to be told that you don't have commodores.

I didn't realize the connection between easy and europe, not that it mattered.

They are not in business, They look like don’t want to give you the car.
