Got a new car, perfectly clean for a good deal.

It was convenient to pick up the car following the signs at Frankfurt T1. I switched to a VW Golf DTI which was a bit more expensive but worth it. Drove up to 200 km/h, thrilling! Returning the car was a bit tricky with the GPS, easier to follow the airport signs, T1 arrival, then follow the car rental directions.

The service was excellent. They clearly explained everything, and the process was very simple with no upselling or forced charges. The car was in good condition. I booked a manual transmission but got an automatic, and the car was very clean.

It's a bit of a walk from the train station, and you have to cross the street, but the front desk provided clear directions. You pick up the car yourself using the parking ticket given by the front desk at the exit. There aren't many gas stations nearby, so I used GPS to find one near another store to refuel. For returning the car, drive to the ground floor of the parking lot, and hand over the car, keys, and documents. There's no paperwork or handover documents needed.

Collection was straight forward. Explanation is clear and key was given within 15 mins of processing.

Booking platform is easy but as a diamond member, the price diff between fully covered and basic covered is not significant. Price breaker didn't happen as the price stay the same all the way.
