I had prepaid for a Mercedes e-class but Enterprise didn't have the car and I was given a BMW 3 series, which is a lower category car and offered a 15% discount which is supposed to get refunded to Easyrentcars, who will then refund the amount to me.

The price-drop protector helped me save money and I'm awaiting the amount to be refunded to my card along with the 15% additional discount that Enterprise offered ne because they gave me a lower category car.

“Poor customer service and difficult to contact and find the correct departments.”

After having puncture in Paris I received poor direction and service from enterprise. Having found a garage Midas and then told to take vehicle to Speedy as that was authorised. Then we had to wait around 2.5 hours for a authorisation code from enterprise before tyres could be changed. Repeatedly contacted enterprise and was passed from department to department. The hole customer service fell far short of the required standard.

We were given a brand new car, that was slightly larger than expected. They did try to sell us the satnav for a daily charge inside the terminal, which we declined, however the car we were given had this built in which we thought was a little cheeky.
