They lied and said my credit card wasn't working and that it kept declining when they tried to charg

I’m local and showed my own insurance information but the clerk charged me for insurance. I brought my own Sunpass transponder but the clerk charged me $5 daily for “activation fees”. The shuttle took almost 40 minutes to pick us up from the airport. The rental car office facility is literally a shak at a repair shop.

I didn't rent a car, because when I arrived at office, attendant did charge me another price, so I had to guive up to rent a car.

Awful local office. Rude staff. Inefficient. Understaffed. FYI unreasonable requirements like SHOWING insurance certificate (other companies do not require this) and $13.99/day for tolls (when other companies charge $9) But biggest issue was rude staff. Girl who called herself “manager” had poor communication, and when I was aghast, she refused to rent me the car. Fine, but she also refused to give me refund. And she supplied me with 2 phone numbers, neither of which worked. I called both eight in front of her. When I pointed this out, she didn’t care and said to leave. She kept my money and gave me no car and no one to contact. It was so bad I actually took video of the process bc no one would believe it was so bad .

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again
