When I arrived at the store for check-in, there was a gentleman ahead of me by two or three steps. Naturally, I lined up behind him to wait for check-in. While waiting, an American arrived, and a slightly chubby female staff member approached and told me that the gentleman behind me had an earlier booking time and should be served first. I disagreed. Everyone should follow the queue to pick up the car; why disrupt the orderly queue? When I didn't agree, the female staff member told me to wait behind the current customer and that a male staff member would assist me afterward. She then called the American customer behind me and offered to help him personally, which made me feel very uncomfortable! My reservation time had already passed, yet I was still waiting patiently. Why should an American customer be allowed to cut the line? Is it because I look Chinese? Isn't this discrimination? The female staff member, who also looked Chinese, was unnecessarily nice to the American while showing a poor attitude toward me, a fellow Chinese. By belittling her compatriot, she was also demeaning herself. Having an American identity doesn't change the fact that her blood and appearance are inherently Chinese. The service was very poor! However, I must commend the male staff member who helped me; he was very friendly. The two stars are for him alone. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't even give one star because of that female staff member.
I am a seasoned car renter, and not easily pleasantly surprised, but YESAWAY's personnel was simply great - everybody was really friendly and fast, they picked us up late at night when we arrived, and gave us a ride to the terminal when we departed.
I would definitely recommend YESAWAY to all my friends and relatives. Great job, guys!

The car had some scratches and dents, but otherwise it was fine.
Picking up my vehicle was smoothe.
Dropping off, had a bit of a wait to get to the airport. First said it would be 5 minutes. I waited at least 5 minutes, then said it would be an additional 10 minutes. When I indicated I really needed to make my flight, then then took me to the airport. Other than that I think Yesaway is great, better than any Car Rental I have ever experienced. Prices are quite reasonable and hoping them keep them that way. Would like to see a little more customer service available at the counter when walking in. Overall the place seems empty, but the upside is that there isn't a huge crowd to compete with time wise.
Overall I would give Yesaway a 9.8. I am very happy with them and would like to make this my Car Rental of Choice.
