Easy. Quick. Quality car.

The African-American lady managing the vehicles at the San Francisco airport had a biased attitude. She smiled at white customers but gave me, an Asian girl, a very old car without Bluetooth support. Feeling cheated, I requested a change and was then given a 2018 GMC. Additionally, I was forced to buy personal insurance, which they claimed was required by California law.

Initially, they said they didn't have the model I wanted and gave me a smaller one. After my insistence, they brought the model I reserved.

The rental and return process was very quick, and the staff even said not to worry about small scratches when returning the car. They were so generous. Renting a car in the US is incredibly convenient.

The counter staff was very friendly and did not try to sell insurance.

Excellent experience overall. Picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient. The only issue was that the parking lot at Los Angeles Airport was hard to find and lacked clear signage.
