Overall, the service was fine with full Chinese support, just that the response on WeChat was a bit slow. Booked a Japanese car but got an American Ford.

I forgot my driver's license, which was extremely embarrassing. Fortunately, aucar was understanding and rented us the car; otherwise, we would have been stranded.

All I needed was a car to get from A to B and back. Got a late model stationwagon that was perfectly adequate. Engine was a bit rough around the edges, but for what I wanted and the rate I paid - was more than happy with the car and the service received. And finally a rental car company that uses a camera to record damage pre/post rental. Would happily use Aucar in the future.

Was initially worried - but this transaction went through smoothly.

Friendly staff, helpful. Assigned big sedan instead of mid size SUV (which still in progress of cleaning). Good interior space.
