The staff's attitude was poor and they were impatient when answering questions and providing guidance.

Chinese company - the process is more complicated and time-consuming compared to large rental companies. Service attitude needs improvement. Overall, would not recommend.

Very good service, no communication barriers

Very shift people, gave me a big car with terrible cigarette smell then swap that car for big SUV, which is not my use. they push you to get what ever they have regardless of what you have booked. car looks good outside but inside dust and stain/sticky steering wheels, seats, door handle etc.

As a first time driver in Melbourne, it will be very helpful that the rental company provide information on the parking rule and traffic ruling, esp when parking in CDB area. Our learning was not easy and it took us a while to figure out how it works. Traveling on those roads with city tram proves another challenge as our first visit.
