Chinese rental company, easy communication.

My vehicle was a much bigger and better car than I expected. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The only draw back was it didn’t have speed control. Very friendly helpful staff and smooth pick and drop off.

Compared to my last rental experience with AVIS, the efficiency and service were vastly inferior. Returning the car early required cash payment, which was very frustrating.

Thanks for everything. Car had a few scratches. Tank wasn’t full but it was ok for me to return as I picked it up. 3/4 full. Overall great experience thank you. Will rent from you again.

As a first time driver in Melbourne, it will be very helpful that the rental company provide information on the parking rule and traffic ruling, esp when parking in CDB area. Our learning was not easy and it took us a while to figure out how it works. Traveling on those roads with city tram proves another challenge as our first visit.
