Dislike: The truck was rented on a weekly rate ( I wasn’t told that) so when I called to extend for a day. I was pleasantly surprised. It would have been great to know that up front

There were many counters at the rental desk, but only one was open, resulting in long waiting times. Returning the car was almost fully automated, although there was someone at the counter.
