Customer service was just okay Pick up service from airport was very poor

We waited a long time to get the car, the staff at the counter and on the phone were not very friendly. The car was not very clean, they hosed down the outside while we were waiting, the inside was dusty and dirty. The prices were really good.

It was really easy to book online.

Location was just a bit hidden but overall it was good. still waiting for the 500 cad deposit to clear.

They really need to organize their offic, they were going back and forth into the back office. The agent took a phone call while checking me in, they need one person answering calls. When I checked out, the woman seemed to helping multiple customers at one time. After we return the car, most of us are going to the airport for our flight home. They really need to organize and delegate duties.

Dislike: It would be great if there's more car model to choose
