It was raining the day I rented the car. Despite there not being many people renting, there was still a queue, seemingly all from the airport. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

I booked a sedan but got a hatchback. The service was okay, but there were long lines when picking up the car. Just so you know, you don’t have to queue when returning the car. By the way, I ran into a really frustrating issue: I booked a car with this company through Zuzuche in early February and paid the full amount, returning the car on time. But in early May, they charged me $400 without notifying me. Unreal!

The service was average, and they didn't clearly explain the car usage instructions.

The only thing that could have been better was the instructions to find the shuttle to take to the rental center

Like: The shuttle driver was very very friendly. He did not waste any time. The day we returned the vehicle. The girl was super friendly also. We have already booked our next rental with them in Sept.
