Very convenient, got an upgrade to a big Jeep. It was a new car with only over a thousand kilometers, at the original price. The car rental place is popular, and the service is quite good.

It was raining the day I rented the car. Despite there not being many people renting, there was still a queue, seemingly all from the airport. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

The waiting time took quite a while, but the pick up process was straight forward. My only feedback was that the cleanliness of the vehicle was subpar and I had called to complain about this. I called 5 times about the dog fur that was not cleaned up, and Amrit (customer service) said she would pass on my message to the manager and that they would call me back. I never got a call back, and had my allergy symptoms throughout the rental because of the unclean car / dog fur.

Girls on the front desk they need to be polite with clients. Terrible front desk service.

Like: Cheap and clean car
Dislike: Shuttle there and back to airport took longer than I would’ve liked.
