The company seems to have only five staff: one for driving the shuttle, one for cleaning cars, one for handing over cars, and two for customer service, making the wait time quite long. The staff is rather inflexible, requiring a translated document. I didn't need a translated document in New Zealand, the UK, or Spain. This led me to find a translator urgently. Thankfully, the translator was very accommodating and agreed to translate first and get paid after I got the car. It took just half an hour to get it done and submit it to the rental company.
