Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!

Good cars, good service

I believe they are one of the most if not the most under rated car rental agency. The staff were friendly and got us going in no time. We were renting for 50days, they went out if their way to make sure we were happy. Significant $$ savings compared to any other agency(atleast 40% cheaper than their nearest competitor ).

Friendly staff, helpful. Assigned big sedan instead of mid size SUV (which still in progress of cleaning). Good interior space.

Highly disappointed with Aucar. Car stank of cigarette smoke, despite the no smoking sign, the car was in very very poor condition with bumps and scratches, and the extra fee ($15) for going through tolls was just unnecessary and too large. Will not book through again.
