Vehicle was clean and in good condition. Winter tires were in the car as promised. Check in was quick and without any unexpected things. Counter staff explained everything to me. It was quick. Paid 1400 eur deposit from credit card. It was released right after drop off. Brought back with less fuel(forgot to put fuel before arrival), and it was ok me to pay the fuel difference. Drop off was quick also, staff was very helpfull. Then they drive us to the airport. It was first time I rented a car in Italy. And I saw too many very bad experience reviews from others for other rent companies. But then I discovered Centauro with good reviews. And now from my own experience I would 100% recommend this company. Reasonable price and good quality car and service.

Bad car. Asked to change it and they said no. Old, dented and scratched car with over 132000 km. Had to replace my own windshield wipers and didn’t get reimbursed.

No issues with QEEQ.com. The only thing I would recommend to have flexibility for car pick up. Had to wait 3 hours because they would not release the car even though it was parked. Dumb!

It was okay, I rented from them again later for a few more days. The car I got was covered in scratches, probably because it was due for repairs, but I insisted on using the Lynk & Co 01 that I'm used to. Extending the rental wasn't very convenient, as you have to apply and wait for a long time to communicate. Additionally, due to language issues, English proficiency is limited in many countries, so it's best to avoid needing any in-person communication. The fuel deposit the rental company charges is also quite confusing.

Good service attitude, both pick-up and drop-off were very smooth.

The instructions from the rental platform about airport pick-up were unclear (after arrival, go upstairs to the departure hall, exit through the leftmost door, and wait at the parking spots with yellow diagonal lines while contacting them, look for a yellow minibus with a noticeable Centauro sign); 2. After contacting them, we waited for over an hour.
