Definitely value for money

Reviewed: Tue, Nov 12, 2019
About ACE Rental Cars: 9.3 /10
Yes the car exceeded my expectations. The wait for the shuttle took a while, but understandable. The counter wait was a while due to a high number of cars going out. The counter staff were friendly and explained everything clearly.

It gave a fantastic price and the car was of quality too.

The car was not cleaned. There was quite some rubbish (for example old food) in the middle compartment.

“As experienced previously, the whole process is very smooth.”
About ACE Rental Cars: 9.7 /10
ACE have been great - the only slight critique is a small amount of confusion around the link between Hertz and ACE when it came to resolving the mechanical issue we experienced (which was dealt with quite well in the end thank you).

“You need to disclose insurance is not included at the time of booking!!”
About ACE Rental Cars: 4.7 /10
You need to disclose insurance is not included, i found it very sneaky that you wait until I picked up the car to over charge me for insurance which was more expensive that the car rental. I would have booked with others who would have worked out cheaper!!
