The staff are efficient and courteous. However, the pickup location for the shuttle has changed. Now it's at the international departure shuttle waiting area, no need to go underground.

The vendor appear disorganized, it took a long time to pick up even only 2 customers at the moment. Nearly one hour to pick up the car and 30 mins to drop off. Unique experience not found anywhere before. Inexpensive is a leverage, however, you need to expect what you are paying for with a little bit more disappointment especially you are in rush or too tire to deal with the slow service.

The app is easy to use. Will continue.

Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)

Car was nice, they only started to clean it when we arrived so had to wait.
