Good. Dispute over scratch on car body was efficiently resolved after we could show photos of condition at point of returning the car.

Not very friendly or communicative. Overcharged me for damage. The rest was more or less fine.

One of Budget's locations is inside a hotel. We arrived an hour later than our scheduled time, and picked up the car in the hotel's parking lot. Although it was my first time renting a car overseas and I was a bit nervous about possible issues, the staff's service attitude was good. I hope I won't receive any local fines afterward.

Staff were great. Car was in great condition.
