Ben, was awesome! He had a sense of humor and put me at ease from the greeting to the drive away and during the return!

Vehicle was fine. However, the information for getting the shuttle bus from the airport to the pick up point was sparse and led to a delay. The information about shuttle service to the drop off was not detailed enough.

Picked up 12:30 am after flight delays and staff was still there from airport to location and I was driving away in 30 minutes

Online Cost was extremely competitive

Routes is off-site and not in the new car rental building at ORD. It was not difficult to get to, but required a second van trip. Person behind the counter seemed anxious to leave and not very friendly, but the process was smooth and efficient. A Jeep Wrangler was substituted for the Rogue. It is very boxy and not fun to drive as it was very windy. When we got the car, no one volunteered to go over the controls and features. However, when asked, one outside worker did a pretty good job of showing them. It is easier to get in and out of Routes than it is the car rental building at ORD.

Like: The experience from Routes was overall good and a good value. We def enjoyed popping the top on our Wrangler rental.
