Nice easy rental

Great experience, the process was simple, and the car was brand new!

It's great to rent from a big company.

Although I did not get the car, the service attitude was good. The staff at the counter were patient and helpful in solving problems.

Aggressive insurance upselling, deceiving customers by saying you can't rent a car without insurance.

Car had damage to front wheel that was noted down, even though quite evident, Luckily got the exit staff to note on my departure, tank was only 7/8 full and dropped to 6/8 just after I left pick up location, took the SD card so no sat nav, comes as standard so should have been included on a K group car
