I reserved a Kluger, but was given a Nissan at the store. They said it was the same class, but I was not satisfied with it in practice. The remote key often couldn't match with the car, making opening and closing the doors very troublesome. There were definitely some differences in space as well. The return location closed at 1 PM on Sunday afternoon without any prior notice. The return address was actually on a main road where parking was not allowed, so I had to wait for someone to come out and give me a temporary map to find the return spot.

Simple process, enthusiastic staff

Service staff attitude was average. Brisbane Airport wasn't crowded, no need to queue, there was an upsell for insurance.
