The service guy Oswaldo was rude impoliteband unprofessional.mHentold me and my family to bet out of the premisces and that he would not rent us a car... the reason: i refused his proposal for additionnal upinsurance cover. I had proof of sufficient coverage by my insurance company from Canada for the amount of $2 million and still it was not enough. It was written on my resrvation : bring proof of insurance... which i did. Never ever again. This is a hoax and a extremely unreliable company... as they kept my money, without giving me any service, i should call this an act of robbery...

There were hidden charges that the booking agency as well as the people at right cars did not tell me about. I was greatly disappointed and I will NEVER use your agency or right cars again. Also, I will tell as many people as I can about avoiding you. Rest Assured.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

The staff at the rental counter were terrible. They made it seem like you couldn't drive in Florida without a Sunpass and did not have any maps. We later found out that there are very few toll roads that are Sunpass only and we were able to pay for a few tolls with cash. It seemed like a scam. And the check-in took a long time. I will not rent with them again.

Like: I got the vehicle class I wanted, car was clean and performed great! Friendly staff
Dislike: Didnt factor in the toll transponder charge, or some other insurance free I had to pay
