Right cars pick up was easy, but the staff was horrible to me when I had a problem with the vehicle. The AC went out and was not working. I was on vacation in Florida and the AC went out. When I called to see how I could fix the problem or get a new car I was told that I didn’t know how to use the AC and that I wasn’t getting a different car. When I dropped the vehicle off the address I was given was wrong and approx 3 blocks away from the actual location. When I arrived at the drop off, Oscar confirmed that the AC wasn’t working and that I would be refunded an unknown amount of money.

Felt like I was cheated with the insurance. Didn't see anywhere where I had to drive my insurance. First time in 25 years I had to and then told my coverage was not enough. Will not ever use you again.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
