Do not trust there commitment, might be cheap but definitely very law class quality

My vehicle was a much bigger and better car than I expected. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The only draw back was it didn’t have speed control. Very friendly helpful staff and smooth pick and drop off.

When booking the car, there was no notification to call the rental company for a shuttle. So, I waited outside the airport looking for an Aucar shuttle for 20 minutes but saw nothing. I called the rental company and waited another 30 minutes without any sign. It turns out the shuttle was from an unmarked car, and the driver didn't recognize our group of six. We didn't know she was the driver, so she left. We had to call again and wait, which was very inconvenient, taking us two hours to pick up the car. Also, there were no staff at the office, and we had to wait five minutes for someone to show up.

The staff were quite friendly, and there was no need to queue. They picked us up from the hotel early in the morning.

There is a lady who is extremely rude and unkind. Other than that, it’s all good
