Good value

This was a great rental experience. Wonderful service and a great car.

It was very good. We were 4 people with 4 big luggage and had a great car (Jeep Wrangler) to support us all, at a fair price.

We should have got a van, as one of our occupants had difficulty getting in and out. Age being a factor. Windshield wipers were not great. Did not handle well on a gravel road. A little clunky with the steering

Clean up your office inside and out. Clean your cars and put gas in them. Extend your hours for pick up and drop off to airport

We waited nearly an hour for the free shuttle. I had to phone 3 times before we were finally picked up. After that the whole process of the car rental was very easy and quick. The counter staff were very friendly and cheerful. The car was not dirty but it could be sparkling instead of dripping with water from the car wash.

Like: Fast service, easy to find. Overall very positive experience. Would use again!
Dislike: Booked a Grand Cherokee, got a Jeep Sahara. Didn't even see Grand Cherokee's on the lot. Not a fan of rental agencies that subscribe to that kind of practise, but the Jeep we got was pretty cool. Didn't mind in the end.
