The hireing out of the vechile was great with great counter service from the lovely lady that remembers my name everytime im there, due to working within the disability and child services sector the company is forever hireing cars for regional servicing of clients and the company will always use budget and thanks to there friendly staff and flexability with hiring and returning dates and times, staff at rockhampton aur port really do go the extra mile

The basic insurance was initially said to be over 1000 AUD, but it turned out to be over 2800 AUD. They told us that for any accident, they would deduct more than 2800 AUD, so we reluctantly paid an extra 34 AUD per day for insurance. As a result, the rental fee almost doubled. The service quality of international car rental companies is generally average; it's often difficult to reach them by phone.
