Not enough counter help. Wait too long for transportation to the rental car facility. Gas cap cover broken.

Booking is good, price fair, not enough counter help. Wait way too long for service. People were nice tho.

The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

The car that I reserved and called to confirm about was not available. I got a nicely equipped Nissan Rogue, but what I really needed was the fuel efficiency and convenience of a sedan.

Nothing to change. The app was easy to use. Due to a flight delay, I had to use customer service and they were very very helpful.

We’ve rented from Routes before with no issues, but this trip we had several. The office appeared to be busy and understaffed. The women’s restroom was out of order the entire 2 weeks we had the cars. The first car wasn’t clean and the check engine light was on. The window washer fluid was empty and upon refilling, emptied out immediately. We exchanged the vehicle and the new one was clean but had an annoying loud rattle coming from the dash that we couldn’t quiet. Shuttle was quick and easy.
