Starting the timing from getting a queue number is really inconvenient! The process of getting the number and the actual car pickup was delayed by 40 minutes due to communication and upgrading the car model, yet this was still counted in the timing.
Pretty good. They recommended insurance, but once they knew we had already purchased the highest coverage, they didn't insist. The pick-up and drop-off process was straightforward, without any hassle.
