great service,pick up was on time and drop off was smooth even though it was very early in the morning

tried to change a booking but it got a bit complicated,so we just cancelled and rebooked

I had a good experience with great rentals after reading bad reviews. Staff had good English and picked me up promptly despite lots of bad feedback. The deposit went into my account quite soon after drop off also. I would really recommend this company!

Excellent Customer service, picked up a Toyota Alphard, bit dirty and smelly. Complained and they upgraded for free.

The car I got is bit older than what was advertise. But it was a bigger car

Great Rentals is totally run by chinese people, who in large only speak in chinese, our pick up driver had very little understanding of english and this made it very difficult when explaining we were on a tight schedule and needed to be taken to our car rental straight away, I had called the office the day before to explain that we had to be in the cbd for an appointment within an hour of arriving. The only language spoken in the office was chinese and maybe one or two staff had adequate english to deal with queries, so to sum up. Great price and car was as ordered, adequate pick up and drop off at airport but needs to be faster and drivers needs to speak english, office staff need to be better trained in customer service and only speak english when customer are present, this would be my reason for not booking again.
