Was a little difficult with language. We are kiwis and all staff Asian descent. We did not really know about the 3rd party insurance arrangement. When we brought no excess insurance the thought of having to pay an excess and then claim it back sounded a little dodgy. thankfully we had no incidents.

Do ask about the excess and the insurance and they do not mention it. We had to ask a couple of times, I guess it was just the language barrier.

Can not thank Easy rent cars enough for finding such a great deal!!

Car was an older Japanese import and unfortunately the radio did not work otherwise it would of been 10 out of ten

Booking was quick and easy would defiantly use again
