The company is quite small, appears to be a family-run business and seems somewhat unprofessional. There was no one on the ground floor to assist us, and we had to ring the doorbell for a while before someone from upstairs came down to guide us to the second floor to sign the rental agreement. The same person handled both the car pickup and return. There were no other customers, so there was no waiting time.

Good and polite service from Chinese staff. Responsible and reasonable. Car is standard with the price, no complaints.

Pickup was only problem. Van does not have any logo ! This is a must!! Not everyone has access to a phone straight off the plane.

Car was broken when it’s given to us on the first day and there was no other car can be replaced. The car was temporary fixed so we drove it home and found it still broken the next day which caused we are unable to use this car for the entire trip! Lovetrip doesn’t willing to provide full refund but only accept to refund first 2 days after several requests.

though the office is a bit minimal the prices are great. As long as they don't go bust overnight, worth it.
