terrible experience

Arrived on time to pick up the car, but was informed there were no cars available; waited an additional 2 hours.

This is a shameless car rental company. The store employees are negligent and do nothing, tampering with the original rental agreement. The company supports them and even asks customers to provide video and audio evidence, arbitrarily charging customers. Complaints are ineffective and lawsuits are inconvenient, resulting in significant losses. The British are absolutely unreliable, be very cautious when renting a car! I recommend recording video and audio during car rental!

Had reservations earlier after reading some reviews but I must say the car and service given were good and above expectations.

Car was very dirty on exterior. Employees did not have time to clean it up since demand is too high. Not their fault.

It took about an hour a half to receive the car there was a backlog of customers at the facility at Heathrow. The car trip meter was not put to zero but I only realised this after I had set off in the car.

The platform seems good.
