Significant and aggressive 'upselling' from the local staff team. The lady said I could not take the car unless I increased my 3rd party liability insurance. We were asked to pay another £300, on an initial booking of £106! Only from speaking separately with Sixt did I get the truth. It took over 2 hours to resolve and get the car. We actually had 37,500 USD of 3rd party insurance, which is the legal minimum, so we ended up taking the car.

Tries to help resolve the issue, and followed up regularly. They were really good.

La plataforma MEX RENT A CAR no aceptó mi reservacion por medio de la plataforma debido a que no cumplias con sus "politicas" y segun su criterio la aplicacion QEEQ no les habia pagado a pesar de que el numero de reservacion que me habia dado la plataforma si les aparecia a ellos viendome obligado a pagar una nueva reserva en el momento la cual me salio excesivamente cara

When we got there they claimed our car was not available and we would have to pay an additional 10 dollars per day. There were plenty of cars on the lot they could have given us. They said we would not have to return the gas tank full. It was 3/4 full when we got the car. We did return it full anyway because we were suspicious they would charge us extra and didn't want to take the chance.
