Quick and easy process throughout

The experience was terrible. The Indian guy insisted on buying insurance, claiming that the insurance from the rental platform was inadequate. When I refused, his attitude became extremely rude. It was so bad that I canceled all my remaining bookings with this company and switched to a larger company, even though it cost more.

The company checked the fuel level without being too strict, and didn't mind that the car wasn't washed, as it's hard to find a car wash in winter.

Great staff at the location. Fast and efficient and the cars were clean and read to go.

Excellent car though it had too large an engine that I was not aware of therefore high fuel consumption. Nevertheless the quality of the car was excellent and service provided by Routes was very good
