Nightmare with goldcar

I rented a car through your location in Turkey Istanbul Sabiha airport and they took a car warranty of 3000 thousand Turkish Liras from me and when the car was delivered, they informed me that they would refund the deposit amount within 7 days and when checking on My Account I was surprised to get a refund of 357 liras !!! Out of 3000 thousand lira, the amount of 2643 lira was deducted !!!؟؟؟ Please contact the rental company and get the discounted amount back, and thank you very much

La société Goldcar n'est pas une société de location de voitures sérieuses. A mon arrivée à l'aéroport ils m'ont obligé à prendre des assurances complémentaires que je ne voulais pas. Si je ne les prenais pas ils ne me louaient pas le véhicule. Le véhicule que je voulais n'était pas disponible, ils m'ont également à prendre une voiture de catégorie supérieure. Après vérification du contrat écrit en turque, j'ai vu qu'il m'avait été facturé des frais d'aller simple supplémentaires alors que c'était compris dans ma location. Au total la location m'est revenu 3 fois plus cher que le prix initial (c'est du vol).

Easyrents est une agence sérieuse, cela fait plusieurs fois que je passe avec eux. Par contre je suis très déçu du prestataire GOLDCAR qui ne respecte pas les contrats

There is an important point, Thant is the insurance was made by the reservation is through third party, that means if any accident happen the custome will pay to gold car then AXA insurance company will refund the payment to the customer, (Even I Made Full Insurance Booking) i think it's better when i make full insurance booking to be direct, anyway thanks god i didn't make an accident, everything else was great, Thanks Easyrentcars,
