After booking, I received the pickup voucher. When I arrived and called, they asked where I was from. I said China, and they immediately said they wouldn't give me the car because I was from China. I immediately complained, saying firstly, you didn't inform of this condition before booking, and secondly, isn't this blatant discrimination? When escalated to the manager, the manager said we just don't rent to you. You should get a refund from the booking platform. This is truly ridiculous.

In reality, I didn't see any Grand Cherokees at this store, only Wranglers. Plus, the staff were not friendly at all. We saw another customer complaining when we picked up the car. The waiting time is generally 30-40 minutes.

Staff gave me hussle about the mileage even though it's within the 3500 km allotted by my reservation at EasyRentCars. Staff claimed mileage is 1400 km only and wanted to charge for all extra kms.
