Horrible

The rental company's service was quite good. Upon arrival at the airport, I called them and they directed me to the pick-up location. There was no hard sell when picking up the car, and the process was quick. The car itself was satisfactory overall. However, the company didn't thoroughly clean or inspect the car before handing it over. There was trash left by previous users, and the windshield washer fluid was low after a single use, so I had to buy a bottle to refill it.

While I didn't have any problems with my rental, there is a definite fly-by-night feeling to the whole experience. Their premises is an unrenovated former Chinese restaurant. I did not get the vehicle that I expected, and I did not see the variety of models that they claimed to offer in their lot. I was also asked about obvious wear and tear as "damage" to the vehicle, which was dropped when I offered to involve American Express.

You have a very comprehensive and convenient app to use, but you need to screen your providers.

Although very busy the staff was excellent in maintaining a constant flow.

Better info on pick up location at the airport

Lady attended me was so understanding and I think she provided good service. I forgot her name but I hope next time she attends me as well.
