Ace a bit frustrating to deal with but good value for car

ACE in Bordeaux is Gold Car, a company I avoided, despite being cheaper, due to its very poor reviews. It took over 2 hours to collect the car. Car received had class 1 damage, with very few panels not damaged. Drop off took around 15 mins. Gold Car have offered compensation for delay, before I have complained, of 1 days rental. However, my final invoice has shown no credit. We shall see.

Waited nearly 2 hrs at pick up desk then had a very unhelpful member of staff at the outside desk where you pick up car keys the lady handing out keys through them at me and couldn’t tell me where car was will not be using ace again

Car was through Rhodium. Long queue to pick up. Ticketing system not adhered to. Heavy up-sell on insurances.

Don’t know as couldn’t get one unless I paid 5 times the on-line price

Waited over an hour to pick up the car. When we got to the desk there were 5 customer service people on duty but one by one they left leaving only one person to deal with the last three customers. They clearly don't care.
